Return / Shipping Policies

Our items are shipped either USPS or UPS. UPS items are usually shipped when items are dropped shipped directly from the company. Many of our vendors use this process which ensures your items will arrive as quickly as possible.

USPS shipping is now quicker than ever! In addition to fast shipping USPS now includes free insurance and tracking. 

We do ship world wide and shipping is USPS Priority International. We have found this method to be the best price for our customers. If we need to ship your items quicker, we use USPS Global Express.


Hopefully, you will never have to return your item, but in case you do, please read our policies before returning the item.

We understand it is difficult to order online-especially clothing and shoes so we have created a very fair and flexible return policy.

We are very happy to work with you in exchange of your product. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

You will not be charged additional shipping on an exchange item.

You will not be charged a restocking fee when returning an item.

Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your item if you wish to return it. Try your item on immediately as returns will not be accepted after 7 days of receipt of your item.

Your items must be in unworn condition, come from a smoke-free home and all tags must still be attached to the item as they were delivered to you. If these steps are not met, we will return the item to you and no refund will be given. This protects us from buyers, who, unfortunately, decide to wear their item and then return it. 

If you need to order more than one item/size we will gladly work with you on this.


Due to the nature of our business, please allow  7 days for refund payment of your item.

To ensure a proper and timely refund, your return item must contain a copy of your receipt so your account can be credited accordingly
