We hope this is a page you will not need to visit! We guarantee you will receive the correct item
in the correct size and color. However, some times thing don't work out and we will offer a return. Our return policy
is as follows:
All items can be exchanged for a different size if needed. If that item is out of stock a refund
will be issued or credit towards another item from our site.
Items that have been altered or custom
ordered will only receive a store credit. We must be notified immediately regarding the item to be returned or exchanged.The
item must be received at our store within 7 days. After 7 days a 20% restocking fee is assessed.
No
item will be accepted for return or exchange if the returning item has been worn and must come from a smoke free home. All
tags must be returned with the item to receive credit. Items must be in brand new condition. You may try on an item
for size, but if you've worn it, even for one night, you may not return it.
Please make sure of your size. Take actual measurements with a tape measure if needed to insure receiving the
correct size. We can not accept any return beyond 30 days after you receive it
Shipping
All items are shipped USPS. If we need to ship directly
from the manufacturer then different shipping vendors may be used. Rush shipping will incur additional charges. Those charges
will be figured before order is placed so you will know how much shipping will be. We don't want to surpise anyone with
an outrageous shipping charge. Some of these charges are out of our hands.
When at all possible-we
will charge shipping separately once we know the correct shipping charges. We have found this method to be the best for our
customers.

Before
placing an order with us PLEASE make sure your address is up to date. The information on the PayPal invoice is the address
we use for your shipping. We are not responsible for any items shipped to incorrect addresses.
