Each hat is one of a kind.  The chocolate brown permalux felt top hat is embellised with peacok feathers, wild pheasant feathers as well as black solk rose and finished off with blue tulle. The hat measures 22" in circumfereance and is 6 inche tall $69 SOLD	This tartan covered straw top hat is 22" in circumference and approx. 4" high. The hat is trimmed in black lace, black silk open roses, a duck feather, black tulle, and a silver metal decoration to the right side. The brim is trimmed in cream colored lace and black gimp. PE-TARTAN  $75	This top hat is a black perma felt. It is trimmed with lace and a black gimp around the brim. Cream colored roses, black roses, and a cream colored mum decorate the right side. A mix of peacock, macaw, duck, goose biots, and wild pheasant feathers accompany the flowers. Steel blue tulle surrounds the base. The interior circumference is 22 inches and the hat is 6" high. PE-BLUE/CREAM $75	This black covered top hat is 21 1/2" and 4 1/2" high. The hat is trimmed in red gimp braid. This Chocolate brown top hat has many accents. Cream colored mums and roses highlight the front as well as a butterfly applique and wild pheasant feathers. A band of teal tulle encircles the base and is gathered at the back and cascades at the back.
